This property is a two-story penthouse city apartment. The building is old and has all of the wonderful original features that go with old buildings. Amour Design‘s client wanted to mix old and new and create a modern but comfortable space for everyday living while also being able to entertain and treat his guests to a luxurious guest bedroom and en-suite bathroom.

Jenny and Deirdre from Collab Design Studio bring close to 30 years of experience in commercial and residential design of varying scales and budgets in Dublin, London, France, and Switzerland. #4 – Chichester in Mt. Merrion Residence by Neptune By Global Village
Now in its 30th year, Global Village, owned and managed by Martin and Colette, has become a name synonymous with Neptune and Interior Design in South Dublin. They are still (if not more) enthusiastic about interiors, furniture and design as they were when they started this journey in 1990. #5 – Rosalia Terrace by Geri Designs
Geri creatively leads her design team with 15 years of experience in design and time spent in London to build her design knowledge and bring a timeless depth to her designs. “I chose the highest quality in the furniture, such as the sofas, cabinetry and beds, keeping the aesthetic fairly neutral for longevity, and adding a layer of simple modern accessories to give the space a fresh appeal. Upholstery, mirror, and walls were also kept minimal to maximize on light. To finish, I trawled art auctions and galleries to start a curated collection of antique and modern original art for the clients.”.
#6 – Residential Project by Ventura Design
Arlene McIntyre founded Ventura in 2005 after many years working in the design industry. The very name Ventura recalls her sunny, Californian heritage, and that luxurious West Coast aesthetic is mirrored frequently in Arlene’s work. Have a look – it’s gorgeous!
#7 – Prothena Biosciences Office by Think Contemporary
Think Contemporary always brings bring a high degree of technical, strategic, and design expertise to all their interior design projects. “Our original brief was to create a contemporary space for their Irish Headquarters, that was in line with their other office in San Francisco. The building was shell and core when Think Contemporary were engaged, and we developed and project manage the entire project from design concept through to completion. The entire project lasted 9 months and was delivered on time and in budget.”
#8 – Georgia Townhouse by Minima
Minima was established by Helen Kilmartin in 1996 as an interior design consultancy and retailer representing many of the world’s leading furniture, lighting, and home accessories brands. Over the last two decades, Minima has worked on leading private and commercial developments in Ireland, Europe, and the Americas. This is one of those – dark, original and intimate!
