Analysis Group New York
Analysis Group New York’s new 35,000-square-foot office space introduces a serene work environment and urban oasis, located in the heart of Times Square’s colorful chaos. Upon arrival, an illuminated trellis ceiling welcomes entrants warmly with light wood walls and a terrazzo tile floor, establishing a light and airy atmosphere. A variety of light woods, reflective glass, porcelain terrazzo tile, neutral colors, and textures throughout the space bring to life a warm and peaceful retreat from buzzing urban surroundings. To encourage more foot traffic and socialization, the strategic location of the large café offers views to the Times Square side, capturing energy from the street below to inspire activity in designated social spaces.
The transformative master plan and design for Allston-Brighton’s 176 Lincoln Street reimagines a long-underused 5.2-acre industrial site into a dynamic three-building mixed-use urban village at an energizing human scale. Envisioned as a hub for innovation industries, city dwellers, and community, 176 Lincoln brings fresh momentum to the area’s current city building. Combining multi-family residences, artist live/workspaces, retail, restaurants, and leading-edge lab/R+D environments within generous open space, this live/work/play destination is within easy reach of Cambridge’s cultural, educational, and research centers and Boston‘s core.

The multi-year project will transform and rejuvenate the 705,000-square-foot building and pier with new amenities for greater public access to the waterfront, vibrant retail offerings, first-class event spaces, and a unique and flexible workplace for employees of Fidelity Investments, who will occupy 100% of the revitalized office space.
The Grand Orlando Resort at Celebration
This transformation of a vintage 1990s budget hotel, now under new ownership, is as day to night. And, this is not just a metaphor: natural light now brightens reimagined common areas; windows frame lush greenery. Once a dark rabbit-warren, the guest lounge is light and spacious, calmly and crisply welcoming. A comprehensive hospitality reinvention, the design stripped away all vestiges of its former low-cost hotel self, developing a brand-new palette and guest experience through distinctive design. The scope instructed complete revitalization: façade refresh, porte-cochere, and pool deck redesign, and re-envisioning common areas with modern aesthetics, technology, and smartly-appointed spaces—all to create a warm welcome for today’s hybrid traveler.
