Master
Designed by Starck himself, the Master dining chair is one of Kartell’s most successful pieces of furniture. Supported on slender legs, the back shapes of the 3 original designs are created by solid lines and voids which flow down and join together along the perimeter. The finishes are available in black, white, grey, mustard, rusty orange or sage green.
Dr. Yes
Colors always play a very important role in an interior design project. The Dr. Yes dining chair was created by Starck in cooperation with Eugeni Quitllet for Kartell in the year 2009. This chair’s character is stylistically unique and is very durable thanks to its materials. Dr. Yes was predominantly conceived for conceptual spaces, yet wonderfully works for private spaces as well.
Miss Lacy
Obtained from the ancient lost wax casting technique, the Miss Lacy dining chair represents and makes accessible a baroque lace by transforming it into an embracing shell. Characterized by the expertly pierced shiny mirrored stainless steel, it compares more to a jewel than to a functional object. The tapered legs are then welded to the shell, once polished, and the final result is a perfect monoblock.
Ghost
There’s nothing more frightening than having to sit on a dining chair that looks stylish but feels uncomfortable. It’s certainly a trick. Here’s the true definition of a fashion chair design. The collection includes a series of floral fantasies and signed by prestigious Italian designer fabrics.
